English Christmas Cookies from Tess Andrew
Ingredients
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Sift baking powder and flour together. Set aside.
Cream butter until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar and mix well. Add egg, then gradually add flour mixture.
Refrigerate overnight.
Using small sections, roll to 1/8 inch thick on well floured board. Cut with cookie cutters.
Bake for 12-15 min. on ungreased cookie sheet.
