Kimberly's Toffee Squares

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup brown sugar - packed
• 2 cups flour
• 1 egg yolk - beaten
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup chopped walnuts
• Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bar - 2 large (approx. 14-18 oz.)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cream butter and sugar together. Add egg yolk and vanilla. Mix well. Add flour and baking powder. Blend well.

Spread into large cookie pan (17 1/4 x 11 1/4 x 1). Bake 15-20 minutes until lightly browned.

Just prior to removing from oven, melt Hershey's bar. Spread on warm dough, sprinkle with chopped nuts. Cut while warm.
