Cook's Chasm is a favorite stopping place for

folks traveling Hwy. 101 south of Yachats. The

view in any direction is breath-taking, and if your

timing is right you'll spot whales. The biggest

attraction are the tide pools and the many

spouting horns.

We like to hike the Capt. Cook's Trail and Cape

Cove Trail. Good workout and grand scenery.
